At StriVectin, we stand behind the efficacy of our formulas and want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, a prepaid UPS return shipping label will be generated for you to print at home.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
